[vc_column_text]Plan your holiday when traveling with kids.  Ensure that ample activities are organized with both their and your needs met.  A holiday is to be enjoyed by all so agree what climate, season, region is most popular with the family.[/vc_column_text]
[vc_column_text]If you want to use babysitters of nannies whilst overseas make diligent inquiries before you leave.  Ensure that you have necessary medicines and appoint a guardian if you are not traveling with them.  Passports should be valid for at least twelve months.[/vc_column_text]
[vc_column_text]If you are traveling solo with your child or children remember to cater for their dietary needs.  Adequate child minding should be organized if you wish to go out alone.  Getting sick is not pleasant but when you child falls ill overseas you will thank having travel medical insurance to pay for possibly nasty bills.  Bring favorite games in case there is rainy days or your tour gets cancelled.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]A children under 5 may not travel alone under any circumstance – but regardless that you are with them they still require a valid passport.  Many countries require a Visa and some of these for children as well – ensure that all necessary documentation as required by border patrol are in place and obligations met.[/vc_column_text]
[vc_column_text]If you are not traveling with your child you will still need to cover them with their own travel insurance policy.  If you are traveling with your child make sure that your insurer will cover them at no additional cost under your (or another adult’s) insurance policy.[/vc_column_text]
[vc_column_text]Start by checking out what facilities the hotel or resort offers and when you have found the right fit move onto the rooms and restaurants.  Often family rooms or villas are a cheaper alternative and the family can stay together rather than having adjoining rooms.[/vc_column_text]
[vc_column_text]When traveling with kids always have snacks and food available.  Fruit, cheese sticks even cereals can get you out of trouble when there is no alternative that the children like.  When choosing accommodation make sure that there is a children’s menu in a cuisine that they are accustomed to.[/vc_column_text]
